Kishor Mogulluru, MPH., is Associate Director, Int’l Public policy, Advocacy and Engagement at USP India Office. He leads USP’s External Affairs activities in the South Asia region.
In this role, Kishor Mogulluru supports the organization with insights into regulatory developments related to medicines and other applied programs, such as dietary supplements and foods, from key government agencies in South Asia.
Kishor Mogulluru brings a combination of global public health research, consulting, and Primary healthcare delivery of various national health programs in the region, experience spanning more than twelve years to USP’s external affairs team. Before joining USP, Kishor Mogulluru was involved in various implementation, research, and consulting positions with MOHFW, Public Health Foundation of India, Asian Development Bank, World Health Organization, National Health Authority, and IQVIA. Most of his exposure was to digital health, non-communicable diseases, universal health coverage, and healthcare delivery for the last mile. He was also involved in conducting large-scale research studies, RCTs in non-communicable disease areas. He has coauthorship in several international research publications. Kishor Mogulluru has also worked extensively on immunization, National Urban Health Mission, national digital health strategy, tTobacco control initiatives, HIV7 AIDs, maternal and child health. Before his transition to public health implementation, Kishor Mogulluru had a master's in public health from Lunds University, Sweden.
