Jacqueline Ryan is a content development manager at USP, where she assists in developing evidence-based content to inform discussions on public and regulatory policy topics.
Ms. Ryan has nearly 20 years of experience in writing and editing, research and data analysis, and public policy. Before joining USP in 2017, she served as Chief Editor for a public policy research organization that assessed the impact and effectiveness of government programs. Previously, she served as a writer, editor, and analyst at organizations including Washington Hospital Center, World Vision, USAID’s Partnerships for Health Reform project, and the United Nations. Ms. Ryan has an M.A. in Economics and a B.A. in International Studies, both from American University.
